What is Netdiff?
Netdiff is a project aimed at measuring and analyzing the performance of backbone ISPs. It currently characterizes performance in terms of latency of traffic in reaching the destination after it is handed to the ISP.
Who is involved in the project?
Netdiff is the result of collaboration between Microsoft Research and Princeton University. Individual contributors include Ratul Mahajan and Ming Zhang from Micrsoft Research and Lindsey Poole and Vivek Pai from Princeton.
